Richard Hall
Rick is a broad-based business leader with over 20 years of experience in business management. He has been with the family business since 1985 after a 2-year stint with Stanley Tools. Rick started working with Pro Marketing, Inc., the family’s first business venture, as a sales rep to later starting a new sales and service company in Charlotte, NC, Results Sales and Service (RSS), that handled all accounts nationwide.
RSS was sold in 1999 which allowed him to relocate to Atlanta to head up the Southeast Division of Pro Marketing. By 2002, Rick became the National Vice President of Sales. Due to quick progression and experience growth, Rick decided to create The Beam Team, Inc. in 2005. What started from nothing, Rick and his team worked together to grow a retail reset service business that generates $78 million in revenue within a 13-year time frame.
During that time, he was also able to establish an international office in Monterrey, Mexico, as well as launch the company into new business verticals: retail construction, hotel renovations, restaurant remodels, and warehouse material handling.
Holding a Business Administration Degree at Furman University as well as an MBA at Goizueta School of Business at Emory University, Rick uses his experience and knowledge to constantly look for fresh, new ideas as well as review The Beam Team’s operational structure to better increase the company’s ability to scale.
In his spare time, Rick attends church at North Point, and lives in Johns Creek with his wife, Donna, and his daughter, Lauren, who is Beam Team’s Marketing leader. His oldest daughter, Erin, lives in Atlanta with her husband, Tyler Cox.
