Mike Pitcher

Mike Pitcher is the former CEO of LeasePlan USA, and the former president of Efficiency Enterprises. He has held senior leadership positions at both Dell Computer and Pitney Bowes.

Under Mike’s leadership at LeasePlan, the company was recognized as the best mid-sized company to work for in the city of Atlanta (Twice), as well as one of the best mid-sized companies to work for in the USA, by Forbes magazine. He was also personally recognized as the Top CEO for mid-sized companies by the Atlanta Journal Constitution. In 2012, LeasePlan was the first major leasing company to institute a complete cell phone ban while driving a company owned vehicle. He is a frequent key note speaker on the subject of preventing crashes caused by distracted driving.

Mike is a graduate of the University of Louisiana and earned his MBA from Emory University.  He published his first book  in 2016, the “Seven eLements of Leadership for a New Breed of Leader”, in which he describes his leadership philosophy. He resides in Atlanta with his wife, Sheri, and has four daughters.
