Joel has grown with the evolving company that was originally founded by his father, Harvey Hall. He has worked and developed in all aspects of business.  He prides himself in the ability to build strong teams and leaders who focus on common goals and values to drive the culture and success of the business.

Working alongside his five brothers and parents, Joel has worked for the family business for 30 years to help grow the business from a single company with five employees to four diverse companies with over 700 employees as of today.

Joel graduated from University of Georgia and lives in John Creek, GA with his wife of 14 years and his daughter Ruby Grace and son Jack.
